Read before you come to class

Important information for those who have appointments at TBL Medical or Clear Ink.

To help you and our employees avoid infection, please read the following before coming to your appointment with us.
TBL Medical takes infection control very seriously and, of course, implements all recommendations and requirements from the authorities in connection with the coronavirus situation.

Postpone the lesson

• If you have been in contact with people who have been diagnosed with or are suspected of having the infection, or if you yourself have been diagnosed with the infection.
• If you have flu symptoms such as fever.
• If you are fully vaccinated, you do not need to postpone your appointment for common mild seasonal colds, such as a runny nose.

Before you come to the clinic

• Avoid traveling by public transport to the clinics if possible.
• Plan your trip to the clinic so that you are not too early or too late for your appointment.
• It will not be possible to bring children/family/friends to the class, as there will be a limit on the number of people in the waiting room.

When you arrive at the clinic

• Wash or disinfect your hands as soon as you enter the clinic.
• Register your arrival by signing in on the iPad at reception. This must be done regardless of whether there is staff at the desk.
• Keep your distance from other patients/customers. (2 meters)

What we do

• We continuously clean and disinfect the clinic.
• We do not go to work if we have been diagnosed with an infection or suspect that we may be infected.
• We comply with all applicable guidelines from authorities (and more).

Product purchase

You can of course purchase products when you attend class, but if you only need refills, we recommend using our online store. We deliver/ship products to your home free of charge on the same day if you order before 12:00 noon on weekdays.
