TBL Medical is looking for a patient coordinator/clinic assistant

Would you like to join our team? TBL Medical is growing, and we are now looking for a new colleague to fill one of the most important roles in the clinic: patient coordinator/clinic assistant. This is a key position for someone who enjoys working with people, likes structure, and wants to work in a professional, modern, and highly skilled environment.

Professional review: This article has been reviewed by Jimmy Bergetun, Managing Director at TBL Medical.

TBL Medical is one of Bergen's largest cosmetic clinics and currently offers both medical and cosmetic treatments, including plastic surgery performed by an experienced plastic surgeon at the clinic. Every day, we meet patients who are at different stages of treatment, many of them undergoing surgery.

A key role in surgical patient care

In the role of patient coordinator/clinic assistant, you will play a particularly important role in following up patients who have been to a consultation with a plastic surgeon. You will contribute to providing good information, coordination, and safe follow-up both before and after surgical procedures, in addition to following up on other cosmetic treatments.

The position also involves reception work, such as welcoming patients, answering phones and inquiries, booking and coordinating appointments, taking payments, and contributing to the smooth running of the clinic's daily operations. In addition, you will assist with administrative tasks, keep track of appointment schedules and patient lists, and help ensure that the clinic appears tidy, professional, and well-organized.

Initially, the position will be approximately 50%, with good opportunities for an increase in the percentage of the position over time, in line with the clinic's development and the right candidate's skills and wishes.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, and service-minded, and who thrives in a visible role with a lot of patient contact. Education in healthcare is a big advantage, as the role involves close follow-up of surgical patients and collaboration with plastic surgeons, doctors, and nurses.

You must be fluent in both Norwegian and English, and be comfortable using digital systems. It is also an advantage if you are confident using social media. An existing social media presence is a plus, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you represent TBL Medical in a confident, professional, and trustworthy manner.

What can we offer?

At TBL Medical, you will be part of a highly skilled and close-knit team consisting of experienced nurses, a senior physician, and a plastic surgeon. We offer a varied workday, thorough training, and a role that is highly significant for both the patient experience and the clinic's daily operations.

This is a position for you who want responsibility, development, and a meaningful job in a modern clinic with high ambitions.
